We are a Catholic Church of the Ordinariate of the Chair of Saint Peter. Join us for Mass or Evensong! Check the Calendar!
One of the wonderfully unique things about St. Cuthbert's is our weekly Evensong service which is a sung form of Evening prayer that comes from our English heritage. Evensong is a 30 minute service where we all chant / sing the Evening prayer for the day. This service is sometimes called Vespers in other Catholic Churches. Our Evensong service typically is held after we spend a brief period of silent reflection during a time called Adoration. After this time of being one with Christ, we have our brief Evensong service which is typically followed by fellowship time where we share a meal. It is a great way to charge up our spiritual batteries during the week! As with all of our services, Catholics and non-Catholics alike are welcome, and we look forward to seeing you there! Many of us are converts to the Catholic faith and would be happy to share and explain our services to you! Come and learn more!
